Free trade agreement between Korean and EU concerns Korean food industry because of potential tariff reduction in the presence of existing large trade deficit, around 1.5 billion dollar per year. We examine the economic impacts of FTA due to the reduction of tariff in agro-food sector using Gravity model. Our results show relative large increase in European export, 125million dollars, compared to 50 million dollars of Korean export to Europe.
