In evaluating complex system, such as farm performance measures and diagnosis, one of the main problem is how to treat ambiguous aspects of evaluation. In the pork farms diagnosis model, most indicators have inter-dependent or interactive characteristics so they cannot be evaluated by traditional additive measure. Thus, to consider a relation among indicators, it would be more suitable to apply a fuzzy integral model, in which it is not necessary to assume additivity. This research proposes a simple algorithm to determine the λ-value using the AHP algorithm and the fuzzy integral based on λ-fuzzy measure to evaluate the overall pork farms performance. The results show that the Choquet fuzzy integral multi-attribute evaluation process in this research is effective and applicable. In addition, the Choquet fuzzy integral evaluations are better and more reasonable than those obtained from the conventional additive weighted sum assessment process. Consequently, the Choquet integral model using λ-fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral proposed in this research is an appropriate method to evaluate prok farms performance measures, especially when diagnosis indicators are inter-dependent relationships.
