The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic effects of Korea-the United States free trade agreement using a dynamic multi-regional general equilibrium model. The main results show that the Korea-the United States FTA increased slightly the GDP in both countries. However the impact of the Korea-the United States FTA on GDP and balance of trade in agriculture are different from both countries. The agricultural GDP in the USA increased from 0.785% to 1.223% by scenario, but decreased from 3.453% to 1.043% by scenario in korea.
