To cope with a more and more competitiveness environment in open economy, the farmer needs to evaluate the economic situation of his farm regularly, ｉ.e., set up a management diagnosis. Until now, ORD has been in charge of farm management diagnosis in Korea, using expert system to computerize such a diagnosis. They have found that the diagnosis quality is low due to obtain the relative weights of the farm indicators by expert's subjective judgement. Prior studies have proposed various models of farm performance measurement, but most studies considered productional and financial indicators. These indicators, however, are only a small part of farm business system. The purpose of this study is to establish an information system model for diagnosing the management of pork farms to provide suggestions on farm efficiency. This system model integrated the pork farms with the BSC-framework to overcome the shortcomings of pure financial and economic performance measures. And the AHP and FPP algorithms were used for deriving the relative weights of indicators through fuzzy pairwise comparison in the context of hierarchical structure.
